Skinny Girl Diet

rules//
eat as many fruits and veggies as you want without counting calories
any calories over the limit must be burned off in cardio
exercise 5x a week, 30 minutes at least per session.

i'm so curious how much you can lose with this diet, and since it's the beginning of the month, it'll fit right in. hmmm...

i won't count apples, carrots, lettuce, broccoli, strawberries, or blueberries. banana's are loaded with calories though, so i'll probably count them. i'm not sure.

ideal diet for tomorrow would be an apple for breakfast(100, but isn't counted!)), piece of toast and salad with carrots for lunch(70, not counting veggies), and soup with a piece of toast for dinner(240). toast is really filling for me. i'm also gonna make an effort to do some arm exercises, leg exercises, abd. exercises and walk for 30 minutes.
