I may have a fasting day today. I'm slowly becoming obsessed all over again... but it takes a lot to say you have an eating "disorder"! Last night was bad for me, but I didn't take it out on food. Rather staying up all night battling the raw feeling of hunger!
I'm loving the scale; it has been going down quite a good amount. Most of it may be water weight and fluctuation, but still... I freakin' hate the 150's. I never want to be there again... but we shall see.
